This patient required to cover as much as possible within 1 session. FUT hair transplant procedure was prefered in order to achieve a great amount of grafts as well as keeping his FUE donor capital for futur use.
A new frontal hairline was designed using only 1 hair follicular units. This gives a very natural result and undetectable grafts.
