Early 1970's navy blue wiggle dress with cream buttonsEarly 1970's navy blue textured fabric wiggle dress with a wide v neck and ivory white buttons down the skirt. I've shown this belted, but it is loose through the waist and would be cute worn with or without. The poly fabric is so cool, it has really nice dimension and is very lightweight wtih a bit of stretch. This dress has a barely cap sleeve and is super versatile for any season.
